For Orders Placed on Amazon
Who Sold You the Product?
When you buy something on Amazon, it's not always sold by Amazon directly. Many third-party sellers also list and sell products on the platform. To find out who sold you the product, follow these steps:
- Access your Amazon order history via this link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/css/order-history.
- Find your order and click to view the "Order Details."
- Look for the "Sold By:" information.
- If the product was "Sold By:" Libbey Inc., please contact us directly for support.
- If the product was "Sold By:" Amazon.com, we recommend contacting Amazon support within the 30-day return window. They can process a return, replacement, or refund.
- If the product was "Sold By:" someone else, you must contact that specific seller for assistance. We do not have access to their order information. You can usually click on the seller's name in the "Sold By:" section to find their contact information.
When to Contact Amazon
For general Amazon support on any issue, you can use their "Contact Us" page: https://www.amazon.com/hz/contact-us/. To get help regarding a specific order, you must be logged into your Amazon account from either the Amazon.com website or the mobile app.
How Long Ago Was Your Order Placed?
The available support options often depend on the purchase date. If your order is within the standard 30-day return window, you will typically find support options directly within the order details screen. After 30 days, your options for assistance may become more limited, depending on who sold you the product.
